Created by Mark Landwehr for Coarse Toys. Chopper was initially a release for the Vans store in Germany, but 60 pieces were released for sale. Chopper is similar to the Pain release but has notable differences, the wicked meat cleaver accessory, a new deck design, and different kicks. Chopper stood an enormous 24" tall and retailed at $290.
