Daniel Johnston is a renaissance man…singer, songwriter, musician, poet, and artist. He also has a bad case of a crippling bipolar disorder. His mental condition is gift not just a curse and he has been able to harness his creativity and make some pretty cool art. Add the 2006 documentary about the man and his music -The Devil and Daniel Johnston - to your NetFlix cue to really get to know the guy.
