Biography

Dave Pressler is a Los Angeles artist who has used sculpture and painting to fuse two of his primary passions: the world of fine art and the world of pop entertainment.

Pressler has lent his sculpting talents to the vinyl art toy industry. Sculpting figures for renowned artists such as Anthony Ausgang, Ron English, Camille Rose Garcia, Brendan Monroe Luke Chueh and Nathan Jurevicius. He also shows his own sculpture and illustrated art works at galleries around Los Angeles. As a character designer for television, Pressler created the visual designs and distinctive look of the Emmy nominated “The Save-Ums” a CGI adventure for preschoolers airing in the United States on The Learning Channel.
