Biography[edit]
When my son was supposed to be researching artists for his Art GCSE last year I found him spending too much time on the internet gazing at toys. Before I clipped him round the ear for wasting time he had chance to show me to the fascinating world of designer and collectible toys as art.
As for me … after an art and design start in life I now work in the digital industry. Making models and one off crafted pieces provides the outlet I need to stay creatively sane.
In thanks for introducing me to Art Toys I have allowed my son a reprieve from the clip round the ear. We now work together on projects – he has the best ideas, I put them together.
