Biography[edit]
The Diabolical Goonhead behind Savage Monsters is Dave Savage. In 2000, Dave created the Savage Monsters Industries website as a way to brand his cartoony monster designs and as a way to attract potential freelance clients. Since then, Savage Monsters has created original fonts, board games, books, t-shirts, buttons, stickers, posters, and way too many paper bag puppets for fans around the globe. Dave has also done illustration, animation, and graphic design work for clients as diverse as American Greetings, American Movie Classics, Coca Cola, Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, Nike, Oral B, Red Bull, and Topps. He's exhibited in many gallery shows across the United States as well as. The Savage Monsters Secret Lair is currently located somewhere in Los Angeles.
