Biography[edit]
Hola! My name is Amaranta Martínez, I'm an illustrator and Designer from Venezuela. Having worked as an Art Director for Nickelodeon Latin America for several years one day I decided to move on. Although it was very hard for me to part and leave my wonderful team it was time to find my own voice.
I started freelancing for MTV Latin America, Discovery Channel, Home & Health, AXN, FOX, MUN2, MTV TR3S among others. But after experimenting with cell animation, motion graphics, art direction and many fun projects, I decided to become Piktorama developing my own illustration style and making my playful and magic world come to life.
