Mr Fred is of lower class, but you wouldn’t think that with his Oxford shoes, argyle shirt, and thick framed glasses. His dream is to one day study in Oxford University in the UK. Although he is lacking in the money department, Mr. Fred has been working long and hard to come up with the funds to fulfil his dreams.
