It looks like the "Warm Regards" mural that Kaws initially created for the Beautiful Loosers exhibition and that also released later as a print, has finally been turned into a vinyl figure/toy - the "Warm Regards" bar. It comes in three colourways and has been modelled after an ice cream bar. Warm Regards is 7" tall and was released in 2009.
