Biography

Gemma grew up with a love of Henson films in particular Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal, also being an avid bookworm she has gained a very active imagination, after being bought an art doll for a Christmas present one year she turned imagination to creating critters. Working in a variety of styles and materials ranging from sculpting clay, polymer clay, and resin, to faux furs, faux suede and various painting forms she has been able to create a number of different critters in a short few years of making art dolls; she has many, many more designs on paper and in the dark recesses of her mind just waiting to created.
