A toy being flocked refers to the fuzzy texture you get, often on limited edition and chase toys, and usually on the larger toy, the more fuzzy surface the better!

"Flocking" is the process of depositing millions of little individual cut fibre particles (called "flock") onto the surface of an toy for the purpose of increasing its value in terms of the tactile sensation, aesthetics, colour and appearance. It can come in several lengths.
