Biography
Nose is a Philadelphia-based artist with a passion for illustration and media arts. He mixes fine art with graffiti style to deliver highly energetic work. His designs feature an assemblage of patterns, vibrant colours and characters derived from his imagination and his surrounding environment.
Nose holds a B.F.A. in Film and Digital Video from the University of the Arts. During his time as an undergrad, his work was featured in numerous art shows and he created commercial illustrative work on both a national and international basis. Nose also studied illustration at Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Fleisher Art Memorial. His work has been published in several books, magazines, newspapers and documentaries.
He currently directs McJAWN, an online arts and culture magazine of which is the co-founder, along with Wen Vo. He is available for freelance work and gallery shows.
