Andrew Shondrick
Biography
Andrew R Shondrick is an oil painter and figurative artist working in Cleveland, Ohio.
With a sense for the absurd and an affinity for the mundane, he creates imagery that explores the path between the two. Using humor and unsettled visuals, he offers a very human look at the aspirations, curiosities and insecurities that make up a life long journey into the unknown.
In 2008 he received a BFA in Painting and Drawing [Bunnies] from The University of Akron, and has since been gaining momentum exhibiting his work nationally. In private times he is a friend to stray cats, patron of locally roasted coffee and appreciator of times gone by.
